We are looking for a Technician to join our team at The Imperial International to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and setup: Install, configure, and commission CCTV systems, including hardware and software components.
Maintenance and repair: Perform routine maintenance checks, troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment, and handle fault calls.
System monitoring: Monitor live and recorded video footage to detect suspicious activity, respond to alerts, and ensure camera functionality.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with both hardware and software, including network and electrical wiring.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, service calls, and system configurations.
Training and support: Train end-users on system operation and provide technical support.
Compliance: Ensure systems comply with safety standards and data protection regulations.
Collaboration: Work with other security and IT personnel to integrate systems and address security concerns.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 2 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly.
