1. Job Summary

The Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, inspecting, and troubleshooting machinery, equipment, and tools used in the manufacturing process. The role involves ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining product quality, following workplace safety procedures, and minimising equipment downtime.

Educational Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a relevant technical trade.

• Relevant technical certification or equivalent practical experience may be considered depending on the position.

Experience

• Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, equipment maintenance, or industrial production is preferred.

Required Skills

• Basic technical and mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to operate and inspect industrial machinery.

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of workplace safety and quality standards.

• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, or work instructions where required.

• Basic documentation and reporting skills.

• Teamwork, discipline, punctuality, and attention to detail.
