Field Service Technician
Location: Coimbatore
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related field

Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of industrial cleaning machines at customer locations across India.

Key Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and commission industrial cleaning equipment at customer sites.
Operate and monitor cleaning machines and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Handle pumps, motors, hoses, valves, piping, and other mechanical components.
Support industrial cleaning projects and shutdown activities.
Assist engineers during equipment installation, testing, and customer demonstrations.
Maintain service reports, checklists, and maintenance records.
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and customer EHS guidelines.
Coordinate professionally with customer maintenance and engineering teams.
Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are ready before site visits.
Travel extensively across India for customer service and project activities.

Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Fitter, Machinist, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in maintenance, field service, installation, commissioning, or industrial machinery.
Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered.
Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, piping, compressors, and mechanical equipment.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
Candidates from outside Coimbatore should be willing to relocate.
