Technician

Silvervista LLP is seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to handle the installation, service, and maintenance of gate automation products and other security solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing automation systems efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain automated gates, boom barriers, retractable gates.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to automation and security systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of installed equipment.

• Work on wiring, electrical connections, and networking for security systems.

• Provide support and training to clients on system usage.

• Maintain service reports and document work progress.

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company guidelines.

  Requirements:

  • ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in installation and maintenance of gate automation systems and security equipment.

  • Knowledge of motors, control panels, relays, sensors, and networking.

  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical issues.

  • Experience in working with remote-controlled gates and IoT-based automation is a plus.

  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.

  • Willingness to travel for onsite service and installation within Chennai and surrounding areas.

  • Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
