🔹 Trainee Engineer – Metallurgy (NABL Accredited Laboratory)

Qualification: • M.Tech – Metallurgy • B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Chemical • B.Sc – Chemical

Job Responsibilities: • Assist in material testing, analysis & report preparation as per ASTM/ISO/IS standards • Conduct metallurgical & mechanical testing • Microstructure analysis • Hardness, Tensile, Impact & Corrosion testing • Laboratory documentation & quality procedures

Note: Performance-based salary increments after successful training

🔹 Tube Testing Engineer

Qualification: Diploma/Degree – Mechanical / Metallurgy / Chemical Responsibilities: Perform tube inspection using ET-based techniques (ECT, RFT, MFL, IRIS, NFT)

🔹 Electrical Engineer

Qualification: Diploma/Degree – Electrical Engineering Responsibilities: Perform inspections including Eddy Current Testing (ECT) – Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) method to detect cracks, corrosion & defects

Key Responsibilities

ü  Maintain and troubleshoot electronic systems and control panels in printing and packaging machines.

ü  Diagnose and repair issues related to PLC systems, sensors, drives, motors, and control circuits.

ü  Assist in installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machines and equipment.

ü  Work closely with production and mechanical maintenance teams to reduce machine downtime.

ü  Monitor machine performance and suggest automation or system improvements to enhance efficiency.

ü  Maintain electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

ü  Conduct preventive maintenance of electronic components and control systems.

ü  Ensure all electrical and electronic systems comply with safety standards and plant regulations.

ü  Coordinate with machine manufacturers and vendors for technical support and spare parts. Support continuous ü  continuous improvement and automation projects within the plant.

Key Requirements

ü  Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, etc.).

ü  Understanding of industrial automation systems, sensors, drives, and control panels.

ü  Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic circuit diagrams.

ü  Knowledge of servo motors, VFD drives, and machine control systems.

ü  Experience in troubleshooting printing or packaging machinery is an advantage.

ü  Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

ü  Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to machine breakdowns.

ü  Preferred Experience in manufacturing/print & packaging industry

ü  experience in electronics maintenance or automation in a manufacturing plant.

ü  Immediate or short-notice joiners

🔹 NDT Inspection Engineer

Qualification: Diploma/Degree – Mechanical / Metallurgy • NDT Certification (UT/RT/PT/MT Level) preferred

🔹 Trainee Chemical Engineer

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemical or Diploma / B.E. Chemical

🔹 Multi Technician

Qualification: ITI/Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical / Fitter / Technician trades
