Responsible for supporting workshop operations by managing machinery and spare parts movements through ERP systems, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating technician resources, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting for repair and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Documentation & Logistics Coordination

•Generate delivery challans and E-Way Bills through the ERP system for transfer of machinery, spare parts, and equipment between locations.

•Ensure accurate documentation for material dispatches and receipts.

•Maintain records of all inter-branch and customer-related transfers.

2. Inventory Management & Audit

•Conduct regular physical audits of workshop inventory, including machinery, spare parts, and consumables.

•Reconcile physical stock with ERP records and report discrepancies.

•Record and book spare parts consumption in the ERP system based on actual machine repair and maintenance activities carried out at workshop and site locations.

•Support inventory control and stock accuracy initiatives.

3. Workshop Operations Support

•Coordinate and monitor technician attendance records.

•Assist in manpower planning and scheduling of technicians for workshop and site service activities.

•Support daily workshop administration and operational planning.

•Prepare reports related to inventory, material consumption, and technician utilization.
