Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Install and commission CCTV, networking, access control, home automation, and other security systems.

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

• Ensure high-quality installations with minimal rework and adherence to company standards.

• Complete assigned projects within the scheduled timelines.

• Coordinate with Site Supervisors and maintain regular progress updates.

• Demonstrate installed systems to customers and provide basic operational guidance.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports, installation reports, and site photographs.

• Handle tools, equipment, and materials responsibly while following all safety procedures.

• Deliver excellent customer service through professional conduct at client locations.

• Continuously improve technical knowledge and support team objectives.

Requirements

• Qualification: 10+2 / ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or related field.

• Freshers with technical knowledge are welcome; experienced technicians will be preferred.

• Basic understanding of CCTV, networking, electrical wiring, or electronic systems.

• Willingness to travel for field installations across Punjab and North India as per project requirements.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
