Swagelok Technician / Tube Fitting Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Swagelok Technician to install, assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot tubing systems and instrumentation fittings using Swagelok components. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tube bending, installation, leak testing, and adherence to safety and quality standards in industrial environments such as oil & gas, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or automation industries.

Responsibilities

• Installation and assembly of Swagelok tube fittings, valves, regulators, and instrumentation components

• Tube cutting, bending, routing, and installation as per engineering drawings and specifications

• Perform leak testing, pressure testing, and system integrity checks

• Read and interpret P&ID drawings, isometric drawings, and technical schematics

• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of fluid and gas systems

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and industry regulations

• Inspection of installed systems to ensure proper alignment and fitting integrity

• Support commissioning and startup activities

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in good condition

• Prepare installation reports and documentation

• Coordinate with engineering and project teams during installation and maintenance work
