Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Engineer to join our team. The Field Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service across assigned regions. This role involves frequent travel, direct client interaction, and ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning

  • Assist in Installation, configuration, and commissioning equipment, systems, or solutions at client sites.

  • Ensure proper calibration and testing before handover.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.

  • Escalate complex problems to higher-level support when required.

• Customer Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients during field visits.

  • Provide training and guidance to customers on system usage.

  • Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, service reports, and client feedback.

  • Prepare and submit necessary service reports and checklists, duly acknowledged by the customer.

  • Update system logs, service history, and escalate recurring issues.

• Collaboration & Compliance

  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, and support) for seamless service delivery.

  • Follow all safety protocols and compliance requirements during field operations.

• Learning & Development

  • Attend trainings as and when nominated.

  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge and develop expertise to grow into senior roles.

• Work Flexibility

  • Be available to work during weekends and extended hours when required; compensatory off will be provided as per company policy.
