Job వివరణ

We are looking for a Technician to join our team at Dolphy India Private Limited to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹24,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and repair of products at customer sites

• Site visits and troubleshooting technical issues

• Product demonstration and client support

• Preparing product mockups when required

• Product maintenance and servicing

• Preparing service reports after each visit

• Maintaining good customer relationships

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
