Job Title:

ATM Engineer

Job Summary:

An ATM Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ATM (Automated Teller Machine) systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure ATM machines and related hardware/software.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of ATMs.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cash dispenser issues.

• Replace faulty parts such as card readers, printers, cash cassettes, and motherboards.

• Ensure timely resolution of ATM downtime and customer complaints.

• Coordinate with banks and service teams for issue resolution.

• Monitor ATM performance and maintain service reports.

• Must Have Bike for Travelling

• Follow safety and compliance guidelines during field visits.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.

• Understanding of ATM machine components and operations.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work in field operations and rotational shifts.
