EV Bike Technician – Job Description

Position:

EV Bike Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible EV Bike Technician to handle diagnosis, repair, servicing, and maintenance of electric two-wheelers. The technician will be responsible for ensuring proper vehicle performance, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair EV bikes and electrical systems

• Handle battery, motor, controller, wiring, and charger-related issues

• Perform periodic maintenance and service activities

• Conduct vehicle inspections and troubleshooting

• Update job cards and service records properly

• Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair status

• Ensure proper use of tools and workshop equipment

• Support breakdown and field service activities when required

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop

• Coordinate with spare parts and warranty teams

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of EV systems and electrical components

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to use diagnostic tools and service equipment

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Knowledge of battery management systems (BMS) is preferred

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, or Mechanical

• Experience in EV or automobile service preferred

Experience:

• 1–5 years in automobile or EV service industry
