SITE TECHNICIAN Electrical(Solar Installation)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation, wiring, cabling, and DC/AC work for ground mount solar projects.

• Support in module mounting structure (MMS) work and panel installation.

• Carry out trenching, earthing, and equipment installation as per drawings.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of ground-mounted solar plants.

• Handle electrical tools, testing equipment, and safety gear properly.

• Provide daily progress reports to the Site Engineer/Project In-charge.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at site.

• Coordinate with site teams for smooth construction and commissioning activities. Skills Required:

• Basic electrical circuit knowledge.

• Ability to work outdoors under varying weather conditions.

• Ability to work at heights and on uneven terrain.

• Good teamwork and ability to follow instructions.

Experience:

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.
