Technician

ResponsibilitiesInstall new air conditioning systems, including split, cassette, window, and central units as per manufacturer standards��.Diagnose and repair faults in AC systems, including electrical and mechanical issues��.Handle routine maintenance and servicing, such as cleaning filters, checking coolant levels, and calibrating thermostats��.Replace damaged or faulty equipment and parts��.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and HVAC codes during work��.Communicate with customers regarding issues, repairs, and maintenance recommendations��.Maintain accurate job and service records using mobile app or company systems�.Assist senior technicians and work collaboratively on larger projects�.RequirementsITI/Diploma/Certification in AC or Refrigeration from a recognized institute��.At least 1 year of experience with AC installation, servicing, and repairs (HVAC experience preferred)�.Familiarity with handling blowers, coils, and electronic controls�.Willingness to travel locally for site work and work in varied conditions (confined spaces, rooftops, adverse weather)�.Basic communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to manage customer queries��.Professional attitude, punctual, and flexible with work hours�.BenefitsCompetitive salary as per the industry standardOvertime pay available�Provident Fund benefits�Opportunities for training and skill developmentThis information can be tailored further based on your company’s priorities and any specific skill requirements you want to highlight.
