Perform cleaning and maintenance of HVAC air ducts, ventilation systems, air handling units, and exhaust ducts.
Inspect ductwork and identify dust, dirt, mold, debris, grease, and other contaminants.
Use professional duct-cleaning equipment such as vacuum machines, brushes, air whips, and cleaning tools.
Clean supply and return air ducts, grilles, diffusers, vents, and related components.
Remove and dispose of collected dust and debris safely.
Clean kitchen exhaust ducts, hoods, filters, and ventilation systems when required.
Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety procedures.
Seal and protect openings during cleaning to prevent dust from spreading.
Carry out before-and-after inspections and report any damaged or defective ductwork.
Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good working condition.
Complete job reports and document the work performed.
Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and customer-site regulations.
Work safely on ladders, scaffolding, or elevated areas when required.
Maintain professional behavior while working at customer locations.
