About the Role

We are looking for Helpers and Freshers to support our technical team in structured cabling and data/network infrastructure work at Mumbai International Airport (MIAL). The role involves assisting technicians with material handling, cable installation, site movement, and general site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading cables, equipment, tools, and other materials.

• Moving materials between designated work areas and project locations.

• Assisting technicians with cable pulling and routing.

• Supporting duct and cable pathway installation activities.

• Assisting with pulling cables through underground ducts and chambers.

• Managing and arranging tools and materials at the work site.

• Maintaining cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.

• Following instructions provided by supervisors and technicians.

• Complying with all airport safety, security, and site regulations.

• Supporting the technical team in day-to-day project activities.

Operational Working Conditions

Candidates must be comfortable working in the following environments:

• MIAL Terminal 1 (T1)

• MIAL Terminal 2 (T2)

• Cargo Areas – International & Domestic

• Airside / Runway Zones

• Both indoor terminal areas and open-to-sky outdoor locations.

• Work may be carried out in active airfield environments, subject to airport safety and security requirements.

• Cable pulling may involve underground ducts and chambers, which may contain water, particularly during the rainy season.

• The role involves heavy manual work, including loading/unloading equipment and pulling thick cable bundles.

• Candidates should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• 0–1 year of experience in site work, electrical, networking, cabling, construction, or similar work will be an advantage.

• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work.

• Willingness to work at airport project sites and in outdoor/airside environments.

• Basic understanding of tools and site safety will be an added advantage.

• Candidates must be able to provide the necessary documents required for Airport Entry Pass/Access authorization.

• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Mumbai, as airport access and project deployment require local availability.

• Candidates must be willing to comply with airport security verification and access requirements.
