Job Title: Solar Technician (Installation)

Company: Aadiananta Enterprises Pvt Ltd

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join our team for solar panel installation and maintenance projects. The candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining solar PV systems at residential and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other system components

Perform site survey and assess installation requirements

Ensure proper wiring, earthing, and system connections

Test and commission solar systems after installation

Troubleshoot and repair faults in solar systems

Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of panels

Follow all safety standards during installation work

Provide basic guidance to customers regarding system usage

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field

Basic knowledge of solar systems and electrical work

Ability to work on rooftops and outdoor sites

Willingness to travel for site work

Fresher or experienced both can apply
