We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team Startgro Tech Pvt Ltd to provide technical support accross full customer lifecycle - from installation and commissioning to compliant resolution and maintenance - ensuring all actions aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards for customer satisfaction, traceability and continuous improvement of equipments like heavy machinery, Air Purifier, Gas Phase Filteration and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of In hand 20000- 35000 Salary with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary components.

• Read repairing guides and coordinate with other experts.

• Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans.

• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

• Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI/Diploma - Mechanical/Electronics/Electical and 6-10 years experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
