Technical Sales Executive

We are looking for a Technical executive to join our team at Resilience Enterprise to repair, install, replace, and service different types of Lights. The role involves monitoring LED lights, diagnosing problems, and solving the same. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,500 - ₹14,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair or replace faulty lights and assemble necessary components.

• Manage delivery of the repair/replaced lights

• Maintain a record of lights worked on

• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.

• Stay updated on industry advancements and learn upcoming industry standards

• Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
