Job Title: System Administrator

Location: Work from Office – Motera, Ahmedabad

Experience: 1 to 4 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting computer systems, networks, and related hardware to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and operating systems.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Provide technical support to employees for system, network, and software-related problems.

• Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi connectivity, and internet issues.

• Install and update antivirus, security patches, and system updates.

• Maintain system backups and ensure data security.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and repair.

• Maintain IT asset records and documentation.

• Ensure smooth functioning of printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server basics)

• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and system installation

• Understanding of IT security practices and backup management

• Familiarity with Office 365 / email configuration

• Basic knowledge of Active Directory will be an advantage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• Relevant certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+ will be a plus

Other Requirements

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• Good communication and coordination skills
