Job Description – Sound Engineer

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sound Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and demonstration of Home Theatre, Audio Systems, Speakers, and Sound Equipment.
Key Responsibilities
· Installing, repairing, and demonstrating home theatre and audio systems.
Troubleshoot speakers, amplifiers, AV receivers, subwoofers, and other audio equipment.
Identify and resolve sound quality, connectivity, and technical issues.
Perform testing to ensure proper functioning of repaired equipment.
Handle customer technical queries and provide effective solutions.
Conduct on-site service visits as required.
Maintain service reports and update job status.
Follow company quality and safety standards.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Audio/Video systems and Home Theatre technology.
Hands-on experience in speaker and sound system repair.
Knowledge of amplifiers, AV receivers, wiring, connectors, and audio circuits.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good customer handling and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a field-service environment.
