Solar Technician

We are hiring motivated, disciplined, and reliable solar panel cleaners/technicians to join our rooftop operations team. Your job is to clean and maintain residential solar panels safely and professionally using our standard tools and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean rooftop solar panels using a soft brush, DI water, and approved tools

• Follow safe rooftop practices (harness, ladder, PPE)

• Maintain proper timing: morning (5–7 AM) or evening (5–7 PM)

• Take before/after photos for customer reporting

• Identify basic issues (bird dropping buildup, loose clamps, heavy dust)

• Coordinate daily routes with supervisor

• Handle tools responsibly and maintain hygiene standards

• Behave professionally with customers at all times

Requirements

• Physically fit and comfortable working on rooftops

• Basic understanding of tools (training will be provided)

• Reliable, punctual, and trust-worthy

• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines strictly

• Preferably from local Varanasi areas

• Experience in cleaning/maintenance work is a plus, not mandatory

Shift Timings

• Morning: 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM

• Evening: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
