Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Solar Panel Installation Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems at residential, commercial, and other project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, batteries, and related equipment.

• Perform rooftop and ground-mounted solar panel installations.

• Connect DC and AC wiring as per electrical and safety standards.

• Properly install and route cables, conduits, earthing, and protection systems.

• Check panel alignment, tilt, wiring, and system connections.

• Assist in inverter commissioning and system testing.

• Identify and troubleshoot installation-related issues.

• Perform maintenance and basic repair work on solar systems.

• Follow all electrical and workplace safety procedures.

• Maintain installation tools, equipment, and project documentation.

• Coordinate with the site supervisor and project team to complete installations on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field preferred.

• Experience in solar panel installation will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of DC/AC electrical systems.

• Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, earthing, and electrical wiring.

• Ability to work at heights and on rooftops.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel to project sites.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Experience

0–3 years of relevant experience. Freshers with basic electrical knowledge can also apply.

Salary

₹15k-35k per month, depending on experience and skills.
