Job Description – Solar Sales Executive

Position: Solar Sales Executive

Location: Ghaziabad

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA + Conveyance Allowance + Medical Benefits

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to drive sales of rooftop solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, lead generation, customer relationship management, and a strong interest in renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.

Identify and engage potential customers for solar rooftop installations.

Conduct site visits and coordinate preliminary assessments with the technical team.

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.

Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.

Coordinate with project, installation, and operations teams for smooth project execution.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and government solar policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any discipline.

2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Solar, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Industrial Products, or Building Materials.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in rooftop solar sales will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of solar products, net metering, and subsidy programs.

Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven professional.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum

Additional Benefits: Conveyance Allowance + Medical Benefits. PL -2.25 per Month
