Position: Solar Rooftop Cleaning Technician

Location: Bapatla, Prakassam, Nellore in Andhra Pradesh
Project: 2 kW On-Grid Solar Rooftop System Cleaning

Job Summary

We are looking for 40 dedicated and hardworking Solar Rooftop Cleaning Technicians for our 2 kW On-Grid Solar Rooftop System Cleaning Project in Bapatla , Prakassam, Nellore in Andhra Pradesh. The selected candidates will be responsible for cleaning rooftop solar panels, ensuring proper maintenance, and following all safety guidelines while working at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

· Clean 2 kW on-grid rooftop solar panel systems as per company SOPs.

· Ensure safe handling of cleaning equipment and materials.

· Follow all safety protocols while working at heights.

· Inspect solar panels for visible damage and report any issues.

· Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.

· Complete assigned daily cleaning targets.

· Coordinate with supervisors and submit work completion reports.

· Maintain professional behavior at customer locations.

Eligibility Criteria

· Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Higher qualification preferred).

· Prior experience in solar panel cleaning, maintenance, or field operations is preferred but not mandatory.

· Physically fit and willing to travel within Andhra Pradesh.

· Ability to work on rooftops and in outdoor conditions.

· Basic understanding of safety practices.

· Willingness to travel and work in field operations.
