JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Service Technician with a background in ITI (Electrical) to support machine operations and strengthen our technical team. The ideal candidate will handle assembling and disassembling of machines, ensure smooth loading/unloading and stock audits, and apply sound electrical and mechanical knowledge to keep warehouse operations running efficiently.

ROLE DETAILS

Role: Service Technician

Location: Chennai Warehouse – 230/4B, 231, Koduvalli Village, Pandeswaram Road, Thiruvallur, Chennai – 600067, Tamil Nadu

Head Office: Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month

Experience: 3–5 years (candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience may also be considered)

Qualification: ITI, Diploma, or equivalent relevant hands-on experience

Languages Required: Hindi and English

Two-Wheeler: Mandatory (own bike required)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Note: This is not a field job. The role is completely based on warehouse operations.

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assembling and disassembling of machines

• Conducting stock audits and maintaining accurate inventory records

• Managing loading and unloading operations

• Overseeing labour management on the warehouse floor

• Applying sound knowledge of electrical and mechanical components

• Working knowledge of construction equipment

• Handling dispatch operations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Email writing and professional correspondence

• Timely escalation reporting to management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• ITI certified in the Electrical trade (Diploma holders also considered)

• 3–5 years of experience in machine assembling/disassembling and technical maintenance (2+ years considered)

• Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical components

• Familiarity with construction equipment

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English

• Ability to manage labour and multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike mandatory)
