We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Coffee Machine Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair coffee machines for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Installation & Setup

• Install and configure various types of coffee machines at client locations.

• Conduct initial calibration and ensure proper functioning.

• Maintenance & Servicing

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on coffee machines.

• Clean, descale, and inspect machines to ensure optimal performance.

• Repairs & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues quickly and accurately.

• Replace faulty components and carry out on-site or workshop repairs.

• Customer Support

 • Educate customers on proper usage and basic care of machines.

 • Provide service reports, recommendations, and follow-up support.

• Documentation

 • Maintain detailed records of service calls, parts used, and repair history.

 • Update inventory of spare parts and request supplies when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service technician (preferably with coffee machines or similar appliances).

• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and customer service abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.

Education & Experience

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering (or equivalent).

• 1–3 years of experience in appliance repair or a related field.
