Role: Service Technician / Senior Service Engineer

We are seeking technically-sound, hands-on individuals to join our engineering team in Vijayawada. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving, and a "customer-first" attitude.

Location: Vijayawada/Rajahmundry

Core Role Responsibilities

• Installation & Commissioning: Setting up high-end medical machinery at client sites and ensuring they meet standards.

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Performing scheduled check-ups and calibrations to prevent equipment failure before it happens.

• Breakdown Support: Responding rapidly to emergency calls to diagnose and repair hardware or software malfunctions in medical devices.

• Technical Training: Educating hospital staff and paramedical teams on the correct and safe operation of the equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 0–3 years in medical equipment service. 

• Technical Skills: Ability to read manuals, use diagnostic software, and handle precision tools.

• Travel: Must possess a two-wheeler and be ready for 70% field travel across the region.

• Language: Proficiency in Telugu and basic English (to read technical manuals).
