We are looking for a Service engineer to join our team at Dowson Technology Private Limited (Oppo) to repair, install, replace, and service mobile phones. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobile Repairing, Faulty part replacement, Assembling, Display/Battery Changing.
Repair or replace faulty equipment and assemble necessary components.
Read repairing guides and coordinate with other team members.
Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and provide cost estimates before starting work.
Stay updated on industry advancements and attend workshops.
Coordinate tasks efficiently to ensure quality results.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass/ITI/Diploma/Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow regulations. Proficiency in MS Office & Excel is a plus.
