Installation, commissioning, and demonstration of laboratory equipment
Preventive maintenance, breakdown service, and troubleshooting
Calibration, IQ/OQ/PQ support where applicable
Diagnose faults and replace parts as required
Coordinate with OEMs/principals for technical support and spares
Maintain service reports, calibration records, and visit logs
Attend customer complaints and resolve issues within TAT
Provide technical guidance and training to users
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Support AMC/CMC contracts and renewals
