We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer (Medical Devices) to install, maintain, and troubleshoot medical equipment at hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to ensure optimal equipment performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning: Install and calibrate medical devices (such as Monitors, ECG, Syringe pump,etc) at client sites as per manufacturer specifications.

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.

• Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote support to clients; address operational issues and user concerns effectively.

• Training: Train end-users (doctors, nurses, technicians) on proper usage and basic troubleshooting of equipment.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate service reports, logs, and equipment history; update CRM/service management tools.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all service activities comply with industry standards, company policies, and healthcare safety regulations.

• Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with the supply team for part requisitions.

  Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.

• 3-5 years of field service experience in the medical device industry preferred.

• Familiarity with critical care equipment is must.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. Ability to work independently.

• Willingness to travel across assigned region.
