We are looking for a Service advicsor to join our team MARUTI SUZUKI. The role offers upto 18000+Incentive and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls to remind customers about due car services
Book, reschedule, and confirm service appointments
Maintain and update customer data in CRM/DMS systems
Handle inbound customer calls related to service inquiries
Inform customers about free service, paid service, AMC, and offers
Follow up with customers after service for feedback
Register and coordinate customer complaints for resolution
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams
Ensure customer satisfaction and service retention
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th pass and Fresher also applicable. Candidates must be open to a 6 Working Days a week during the Day shift.
