We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Packerials. This role focuses on handling customer service calls, coordinating service activities, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. It is suitable for a junior or entry-level candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and record service complaints from customers via call or WhatsApp

• Coordinate service requests with internal technicians or vendors

• Inform customers about service schedules and visit timelines

• Follow up to ensure service complaints are closed properly

• Maintain basic service records, job details, and customer data

• Coordinate with sales team for machine details and customer history

• Prepare daily service updates and simple weekly reports
  

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

• Ability to coordinate with customers and internal team

• Basic understanding of machines / technical products (training will be provided)

• Comfortable using mobile, WhatsApp, and basic Excel

• Polite, patient, and responsible attitude

• It is a Full Time సాంకేతిక నిపుణుడు job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
