· Ensure speedy maintenance and repair by clearly identifying customers’ needs and preparing accurate repair orders.
· Utilize the Service Appointment System to maximize facility and manpower capacity.
· Ensure vehicle cleanliness by using protection materials (seat covers, floor mats, etc.).
· Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.
· Monitor work progress and update customers on any changes to cost or completion time.
· Create clear and detailed invoices, itemizing all parts, labor, and lubricant charges.
· Actively promote the services and benefits of the dealership’s service and parts departments.
· Take necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time.
· Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for delivery as per the promised completion time.
· Keep all filing up to date, including customer history files and regular removal of inactive files.
· Conduct customer service follow-up reminders.
· Deliver serviced vehicles to customers with clear explanations of work done and associated charges.
Adhere to all organizational systems and policies.
