Service advisor

We are looking for a Service advisor to join our team at Manmohan Auto Stores to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customers and understand vehicle issues/complaints

• Conduct preliminary inspection of two-wheelers

• Prepare job cards and explain service details to customers

• Coordinate with technicians for timely and quality service

• Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approvals

• Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles

• Explain repairs and maintenance work done

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

• Promote value-added services, spare parts, and service packages

• Maintain service records and update system/software

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Applicants should be able to multitask, explain problems simply and clearly, and follow health & safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office is a plus.
