We are looking for a Service advisor Mech to join our team at Malik Auto Zone Private Limited. The role offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to Automobile. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.

• Prepare accurate job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle condition.

• Explain the required service, repairs, estimated cost, and delivery time to customers.

• Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs.

• Regularly update customers about vehicle repair/service progress.

• Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional repairs or replacement of parts.

• Conduct a final vehicle check with the workshop team before delivery.

• Explain completed work, replaced parts, and maintenance recommendations during vehicle delivery.

• Ensure proper billing, documentation, and warranty procedures are followed.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and work towards quick resolution.

• Follow dealership and OEM service processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.

• Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and customer retention.

• Support service revenue through genuine recommendations for periodic maintenance, repairs, accessories, and value-added services.

• Achieve assigned targets for customer satisfaction, service revenue, retention, and workshop productivity.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of automobiles and vehicle service.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to coordinate with technicians and customers.

• Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Prior experience in an automobile dealership/service centre is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in automobiles may also be considered.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 2 - 3 years of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to 6 days working week during the Day shift.
