Job Title: Branch / Service Manager
Company: Link Automotives – Authorized Service Centre (ASC) for Ashok Leyland HCV
Location: Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru
Job Responsibilities
Manage the overall branch operations, including service, accounts, HR, and administration.
Ensure smooth day-to-day workshop activities while following Ashok Leyland's SOPs and company policies.
Drive business growth by increasing service revenue, customer retention, and profitability.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring high-quality service and timely issue resolution.
Monitor branch performance, control expenses, and achieve monthly revenue and profit targets.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team to ensure operational excellence.
Incentive
The Branch/Service Manager will be eligible for a 10% incentive on the net profit generated by the branch, subject to management approval and company policy.
