Joshi Kia is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our after-sales team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service workshop, ensuring a premium ownership experience in line with Kia’s global service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare detailed job cards and clearly explain service procedures, timelines, and cost estimates.
Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective repairs.
Monitor service progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Maintain high service quality standards and customer satisfaction scores.
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve complaints efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and Kia service protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or workshop environment.
Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of vehicle systems, service processes, and repair workflows.
