Position- Service Advisor

Location- Pune Baner 

Experience- 2 to 6 yrs.  

Annual CTC – Upto Rs. 6 lakhs per annum   

Preferred candidate – Automobile Industry (Experience add-on Car Spare parts)   

 Job Description:  

•       Looking for Service Advisor to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

•       Strong knowledge of automobile car spare parts.

•       Enquiry Management.

•       Attend Enquiry and Given Product Demonstration.

•       Enquiry Follow-Up and Order Booking.

•       Good communication & negotiation skills.

•       You are Capable of capturing revenue opportunities through identification of additional work, value added services, and up-selling of service products with conviction.

•       You actively approach customers, thus showing excellent communication skills. Method and process competence

•       Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.

•       Any Service experience are considered. (Experience in automobile)  

Key Responsibility Areas

•       Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and build relationships

•       Scheduling: Schedule appointments, drop-offs, and pick-ups

•       Communication: Communicate with customers and technicians about Spare part status

•       Sales: Sell products and services, and suggest packages and retail options

•       Maintain Customer database location-wise. 

•       Handle customer objections from time to time and bring them to a resolution

Candidate Profile:  

•       Must have worked in automobile spare parts for minimum 2 years  

•       Candidate must possess technical knowledge about car spare parts – genuine & aftermarket

•       Any stream Diploma, graduate/ post-graduate is fine.  

• It is a Full Time సాంకేతిక నిపుణుడు job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
