Job Description / Work Profile:

The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop. The role involves understanding customer concerns, coordinating service activities, and ensuring a smooth service experience with high customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements.

• Prepare accurate job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle inspection.

• Explain service procedures, repair estimates, and timelines to customers.

• Coordinate with technicians and workshop team to ensure timely job completion.

• Regularly follow up on job status and keep customers informed.

• Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

• Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.

• Ensure proper documentation and billing coordination.

• Maintain service records and customer history in the system.
