Job Summary:
The 4 Wheeler Service Advisor acts as a link between customers and the service workshop, ensuring excellent customer experience, accurate job estimation, and timely vehicle servicing as per OEM standards.
Greet customers and understand vehicle issues and service requirements.
Prepare job cards with clear repair details, estimates, and delivery timelines.
Explain service recommendations, costs, and approvals to customers.
Coordinate with technicians for smooth workflow and timely completion.
Update customers on job status and additional repair approvals.
Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.
Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Promote value-added services and service packages.
Diploma/Graduate in Automobile or relevant field.
1–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor (4 wheeler preferred).
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of vehicle systems, service processes, and billing.
Basic computer and DMS knowledge.
