Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Service Executive to provide on-site technical support to clients across Bangalore. This is a field-based role requiring travel to customer locations for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support and service to customers.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, routers, CCTV, and networking devices.

• Diagnose hardware and software issues and resolve them efficiently.

• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.

• Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue escalation.

• Maintain service reports and update job status regularly.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Field work is mandatory.

• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel across Bangalore for service calls.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support / field service.

• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can apply.

• Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (preferably in IT, Electronics, or related field).

Skills Required:

• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN).

• Hardware troubleshooting.

• Software installation and configuration.

• Customer handling skills.

• Time management and reporting skills.
