An EV 3-Wheeler Electrician & Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining electric three-wheelers to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role includes troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults, testing and repairing battery packs, Battery Management Systems (BMS), motors, controllers, chargers, wiring harnesses, and other electrical components, as well as performing preventive maintenance and software diagnostics where applicable. The technician uses diagnostic tools and test equipment, follows high-voltage safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines, maintains accurate service records, and conducts final inspections and road tests after repairs. The position requires knowledge of EV electrical systems, strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to read wiring diagrams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
