Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Advisor (Male) with 1–2 years of experience to handle customer service operations at our service center. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their service requirements
Prepare job cards and explain service procedures clearly
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
Update customers on service status and delivery timelines
Maintain service records and basic billing details
Requirements:
Male candidate with 1–2 years of relevant experience
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and records
Ability to work in a service-oriented environment
