We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automobile dealership team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory service experience from vehicle check-in to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service/repair needs
Prepare job cards and provide accurate cost and time estimates
Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for timely service completion
Keep customers updated on service progress and additional requirements
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels
Maintain service records and follow dealership procedures
Requirements:
Prior experience in an automobile dealership/service center preferred
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Basic technical knowledge of cars and servicing processes
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems (preferred)
