Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.

• Prepare job cards and provide accurate estimates for service/repair work.

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.

• Explain vehicle issues, repair requirements, and costs clearly to customers.

• Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status and additional repairs.

• Conduct vehicle inspection and ensure all customer concerns are addressed.

• Coordinate vehicle delivery, billing, and payment processes.

• Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Follow dealership/manufacturer service processes and quality standards.

• Achieve service revenue, customer retention, and CSI targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership/workshop.

• Good knowledge of automobiles, servicing, and repair processes.

• Strong customer handling and communication skills.

• Good coordination and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of DMS/service software will be an advantage.
