RO Water Filter Technician

We are looking for a RO Water Filter/ Ionizer Technician to join our team at Everpure Infra Pvt. Ltd. to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment like heavy machinery, home appliances like TVs, and others. The role involves monitoring & servicing systems, diagnosing problems, and troubleshooting equipment, etc. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install RO systems and water ionizer machines at customer locations.

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of water purification systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in RO and ionizer units.

• Replace filters, membranes, cartridges, and other components when required.

• Conduct water quality checks and ensure proper system performance.

• Maintain service records and update service reports.

• Respond to customer service requests and complaints promptly.

• Educate customers about proper usage and maintenance of the system.

• Ensure all installations follow company standards and safety guidelines.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of RO systems, water purifiers, and ionizer machines.

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and plumbing-related issues.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Basic understanding of TDS and water filtration systems.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.
