Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning
Set up RO plants, water purifiers, and related equipment at customer sites.
Ensure proper calibration and testing during installation.
Maintenance & Servicing
Perform routine preventive maintenance on RO systems.
Replace filters, membranes, pumps, and other components as needed.
Conduct water quality testing to ensure compliance with standards.
Troubleshooting & Repairs
Diagnose system malfunctions (low water output, leakage, electrical faults).
Repair or replace defective parts promptly.
Document service activities and report recurring issues.
Customer Interaction
Provide on-site training to clients on system usage and basic upkeep.
Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain professional communication and service records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of RO technology, water treatment processes, and mechanical/electrical systems.
Education: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields preferred.
Experience: 0–3 years in water treatment or related service industry.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, and customer service orientation.
Physical Requirements: Ability to travel frequently and work in varied environments.
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Travel allowance, service incentives, and depending on employer policies.
2-WHEELER with DRIVING LICENCE IS MANDATORY.
