Job Responsibilities:

Installation, servicing, repair, and maintenance of RO purifiers
Handling customer service visits professionally and on time
Routine service of rented RO units as per company schedule
Identifying faults and replacing parts when required
Collecting service-related information and updating office records
Following company SOPs and service quality standards
Maintaining tools, spare parts, and company property responsibly

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have):

Own bike (two-wheeler)
Valid Driving License
First-party insurance of the bike (mandatory)
Willingness to work across Faridabad & Delhi NCR
Basic knowledge of RO systems (installation & servicing)
Ability to communicate politely with customers
