We are looking for candidate for Free job linked short term full time residential training programs supported by L&T and Certificate by NSDC to join our team MNG Academy to Industry-Supported Training by L&T in civil construction Industry. The role involves Hands-on Practical Training ,Full-Time Free Residential Program (Boarding & Lodging), 100%Job Placement Assistance after successful completion . NSDC Skill Certification upon successful completion . The position offers an in-hand salary of 19000 monthly in 1st year Apprentice with growth opportunities. Candidates should be ready to relocate for employment after training.

Key Eligibily :
18–28 years (as per program guidelines)
Minimum educational qualification as specified for the trade: Matriculation (10 Th pass)
Physically fit and willing to relocate for employment
No training fee
Residential accommodation during training (subject to program norms)
Nationally recognized NSDC certification
Opportunity to work with leading industries after training
